rules r very funny hahahahahha.....game speed fast ,2 walls limited ,strategic time out haha but this 1 good .... over all prize is good ....i m very interested but tamil nadu is very far ....aane jaane me he 4000 rs se jadha karcha ho jaaye ga lolzzz

• The teams can comprise of either 2 players or 4 players.
  
• The maps played would be large versions of GREAT PLAINS, CAROLINA and SAGUANEY. The map would be selected based on a coin toss
  
• The game speed would be FAST.--?? Game type STANDARD.
  
• All home cities would be at a level greater than 100 with all cards unlocked.
  
• A maximum of two layers of wall allowed.???? Any extra layer of wall if made by mistake must be deleted immediately
  
• A total of two strategic time-outs are allowed per team per game. The time-out should not exceed two minutes.
  
• As soon as any player has resigned or is defeated, he must turn off
  his monitor immediately failing which the team would be disqualified.--------????????
  
• The format of the event would be a knock-out OR league followed by knock out depending on the number of entries.
  
• Other rules, if any will be notified on the day of the tournament.

Those aren't the rules. actually. You are looking at the 2011 site , not 2012.

Regarding the rules, the one for turning monitor is so because since players will be sitting next to each other, if one player has resigned, it'd mean virtual spies for rest of his team.

I'm not sure about the prizes, I think 6k is minimum this time, though confirm it from Sid.

ppl from all over euro comes for this Lan party and its only for 2 times a year winder and summer :p but on DH there alot of game tournaments even street figheter one of my favorite game ever :p

Well its a part of university cultural fest. So we cant change location sadly. If anyone is around Tamil Nadu area, this is for them mainly. I understand that people from north and other areas won't bother to come, the distance and cost of travel is kind of high.

If someone is near though, it'll be fun ^^
