GAME RANGER (ITALIC BOX PROBLEM)

The Italic box simply means that your behind a router, you need to portfoward and allow GR in your firewall. you'll have problems connecting to other players unless you get rid of this.

go there ^

look for your router and pick any game/program, except only add one rule for Protocol: UDP Port: 16000.

add Gameranger to your computers firewall if you have one.

make sure you restart the router (not reset) after you added the rule and restart Gameranger.

( if you can check to see if upnp mapping is turned on, on your router )

well thankx for your reply here, this italic box problem doesn't solves for sure. the problem may also be the network router you are using. but still try this out may help you. this also some times happens coz of the internet you are using like the internet speed you are using differs with the player you are trying to play with. therefore not a concrete solution for it...!
